The i3 will have rear-wheel drive, but it's still unclear whether the smallest i will be a hybrid or an electric car. ● Appearance aspect
Smaller aluminum alloy wheels are used. Inside, the interior design of the new BMW i3 is much like that of the MINI Clubman, with an emphasis on practicality. The new BMW i3 production model is reported to have an edgier design.
● Weight aspect
The new BMW i3 has a retooling mass of just 2,755 pounds.
